SFINY Immigration Services is a charitable not-for-profit organization that has been exempt under section 501(c)(3) since June 2015.

SFINY Immigration Services provides reliable guidance to newcomers navigating complex and ever-changing immigration and citizenship laws. It serves one of the United States’ largest and most diversified immigrant groups. The organization is solely dedicated to providing free consultation and affordable filing assistance to those who are indigent and who would otherwise be unable to afford proper legal representation and services.

SFINY Immigration Services welcomes individuals and families from all the boroughs of New York and its neighboring areas to seek assistance.
